About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or purchase through firrl, operated by VENTUREHATCH LTD. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Products and information

We sell blankets and related home comfort products. Review each product description, size, material and care information before ordering. Product colors can vary with lighting and screen settings. We aim to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate and will correct errors when identified.

Orders and acceptance

You must be legally able to make a purchase and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs, payment fails, or fraud is reasonably suspected. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, it will be refunded. We will contact you when an issue affects your order.

Prices, currency and payment

Prices and checkout charges are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed through the payment options offered at checkout. We do not ask you to send full payment-card details by email or contact form.

US shipping and fulfillment

We currently ship to the United States. Standard tracked shipping costs $9.99 USD and is free for merchandise subtotals of $125 USD or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit.

Orders are dispatched from China through TeamDrop. Applicable US import duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees are covered as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Returns and refunds

Eligible returns can be requested within 45 days of delivery. A $10 USD return shipping fee applies to change-of-mind refunds; faulty or incorrectly supplied items are handled without that fee. Full eligibility, authorization requirements and refund timing are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order changes

Contact us promptly for address corrections, changes or cancellations. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated before dispatch.

Acceptable use and store content

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, malicious code, unauthorized access or interference with the service. Store text, logos and images are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Customer submissions and reviews

Provide accurate information and submit only content you are entitled to share. Reviews should reflect your own experience. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or third-party confidential content. We may remove content that violates these requirements.

Privacy and third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify and uses service providers for payments, fulfillment and delivery. Their services may have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain a reliable store but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other mandatory obligations.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. The terms applicable when you order govern that purchase.
