Orders, delivery and returns
- Delivery: US standard tracked shipping is $9.99, or free on merchandise orders of $125 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Allow 1–3 business days for processing and 5–8 business days in transit.
- Returns: contact us within 45 days of delivery. A $10 return shipping fee applies to change-of-mind refunds; faulty or incorrectly supplied items are handled without that fee. Request authorization before sending anything back.
- Changes or cancellations: contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether your request can still be accommodated before dispatch.
