Business and fulfillment information

firrl is an online blanket store. Our registered office is not a walk-in retail location. Orders are dispatched from China through our fulfillment partner TeamDrop.

Our registered office is also our approved returns address. Contact us for authorization and label or routing instructions before sending a return. Do not send parcels to the dispatch address.

Shipping and returns at a glance

US standard tracked shipping costs $9.99 USD and is free on merchandise orders of $125 USD or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit.

Eligible returns can be requested within 45 days of delivery. A $10 USD return shipping fee applies to change-of-mind refunds; faulty or incorrectly supplied items are handled without that fee. See the linked policies for full conditions and refund timing.
